Azbukum is open year-round. With classes, both on-site and online, students can attend classes at their own convenience, any time and any place.
Azbukum issues a Certificate of Attendance to each student upon completion of any Serbian language program. The Certificate of Attendance specifies course grade, total number of credit hours, and proficieny level.
Serbian Language Tests
Need to demonstrate your command of the Serbian language, but don’t want to take a course? Azbukum offers three General Knowledge exams you can take to certify your proficiency level in Serbian. Certificates are awarded to students who succussfully pass the Elementary, Intermediate or Advanced level exam. Whether you are taking the Serbian Elementary, Intermediate or Advanced level exam, the exam is administered over two days at the Azbukum Center or online. The exam consists of several sections: reading, listening, grammar, writing, and oral proficiency. Knowledge of both the Cyrillic and Latin alphabets is required for test taking.
